use of this web site must be brought in the state or federal courts in
Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to any LightCraft

of action arises or be forever waived and barred. LightCraft shall be
entitled to recover its costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys'
fees from you in the event it is required to take legal action against
